Fingals Cave
2008
3 screen moving image installation created during numerous visits to Fingals Cave -
a remote sea cave on the uninhabited island of Staffa off the West coast of Mull. Foksal Gallery / Galeria Foksal, Warsaw, Poland 2008, curated by Jaromir Jedlenski.
Three high definition projectors and surround sound system. A DVD and a selection of printed stills are available from the artist's studio.

Evanescence - Ice/Thaw

Filmed at an ice lake at Vaavatnet in Norway, the work is in 5 individual 'movements'
containing detailed visual meditations opon melting ice and ice beneath water.
4 screens wall mounted together in a horizontal line.

A Landscape Symphony in 22 movements
2005/2006

The work is based upon the site of Rumbling Bridge in Perthshire,
where the painter J.E.Millais painted 'The Sound of Many Waters' in 1876. The work was originally produced for the opening of the
Threshold artspace at
Perth Concert Hall, to be displayed
across the Threshold framework
(a digital canvas of 22 large LCD screens, two projectors , 8 smaller screens
and a floor-based speaker system).
25 minute sequence of 22 high definition video 'movements' stretched across
a digital canvas 22 metres (or 28,000 pixels) wide.

The Windmills of Innerleithen

The Windmills of Innerleithen is an immersive cinematic environment,
with looped, multi-channel projections on 3 walls and surround sound. It premiered in a micro cinema we set up for one week within an empty shop on the high street of
the Scottish Borders town of Innerleithen.
20 minute lopped film using 3 projectors.
